WINDOWS XP AND EARLIER
If you are having issues with opening/reading .pdf files from the WVBTT website or Covansys website and you are using Windows XP or an earlier operating system please do the following.

Select TOOLS on your Internet Toolbar.

On the pull-down menu, select COMPATIBILITY VIEW. (Make sure that it is check marked!)

You will receive a message that your home page is running in compatibility view. Once this is done you should not have any difficulty in viewing .pdf files located on the WVBTT website or the Covansys website!

WINDOWS 7

If you are having issues with opening/reading .pdf files from the WVBTT website or Covansys website and you are using Windows 7 please do the following.

Select TOOLS on your Internet Toolbar.

On the pull-down menu, select COMPATIBILITY VIEW SETTINGS.

TYPE in the box UNDER "Add this Website" -- eikids.com

Click the ADD button

Below mark the Check box Display all websites in Compatibility View

Click CLOSE.

Once this is done you should not have any difficulty in viewing .pdf files located on the WVBTT website or the Covansys website!
