How to Add Service Information
  1. Access the Home Page - http://www.eikids.com/wv/matrix
  2. Click Service Directory and select Edit Directory Entry. The Login to Update Profile(s) page will display.
  3. Click Agency. The Agency Login page will display.
  4. Enter your User Name.
  5. Enter your Password.
  6. Click Submit. The "What do you want to do?" page will display.
  7. Click Update Directory. The "Which profile do you wish to update" page will display.
  8. Find the individual whose Directory Profile you wish to update.
  9. Click Agency-Specific to display the individual’s Agency-Specific Directory Profile.
  10. Click Services. The Add/Delete a Service and Location page will display.
