How to Search by Practitioner’s Last Name
- Access the Home Page -
http://www.eikids.com/wv/matrix
Click Service Directory and select Search the Directory. The Search for a Directory page displays.
Click Practitioner’s Last Name.
At the Search Directory by Practitioner’s Last Name page, complete the following steps:
- Step #1
- Enter Practitioner’s Last Name.
- Step #2
- Select a service from the drop down menu, if desired.
- Step #3
- Select the order in which you want the results to display.
- Step #4
- Select where you want the Practitioner’s availability information displayed on the results page.
- Availability on Top of Page
- Availability with Directory
- Step #5
- Click Submit to search for the criteria you have entered in Steps #1 through #4.
The Results page will display with Directory information for all Practitioners that match your criteria.
